1. All organizations/groups must submit an application for facilities usage. Please assign one individual per group/organization to coordinate the various dates so as to reduce conflicts.
  2. Please allow at least a 2 week turnaround for approval by Principal and Board Office.

  4. Policy #7510 outlines the use of school facilities. If you have any questions/concerns you may contact the board office.
Dear Facility Applicant:

Pursuant to Board Policy #7510, please be advised that a completed Hold Harmless Agreement and an ORIGINAL Certificate of Insurance must be submitted along with your Application and Agreement for Use of School Facilities. Any Application not having the completed paperwork will be held until receipt of same. Please read the Gym Usage Rules if you are applying to use the gyms.
