Pursuant to Board Policy #1330, please be advised that a completed Hold Harmless Agreement and an ORIGINAL Certificate of Insurance must be submitted along with your Application and Agreement for Use of School Facilities.
Any Application not having the completed paperwork will be held until
receipt of same. Please read the Gym Usage Rules if you are applying to
use the gyms.
